For the Aledade website the goal was to design a simple and welcoming site that would engage both primary care practices and their patients.

An integral piece of this project was to create a way for practices and/or patients to find a learn about Aledade Accountable Care Organizations in their area while also showcasing Aledade's growth and reach across the country. We used an interactive map that enables the user to select a state and find all ACO related information for that particular state.
